REGARDING REOPENING BRANCH LOBBIES
Brunswick Bank & Trust will reopen lobby operations and resume normal banking hours on Monday, July 6, 2020. To ensure your safety along with that of our employees, we will be implementing additional precautionary measures during branch lobby visits until Covid-19 restrictions are lifted.
Here’s what you can expect:
We will continue to offer expanded services at our drive-thru facilities and recommend that you continue to visit the drive-thru as your first option to conduct any banking transaction during these unprecedented times.
We will be installing protective barriers around all branch lobby workstations.
We will also be limiting branch traffic to three (3) customers at any given time while observing social distancing in accordance with local and state guidelines as well as industry best practices, which may result in increased lobby wait time.
All persons entering or working in our branch locations must wear an acceptable face covering, and we will continue to sanitize and disinfect branch locations and administrative offices on a continuous basis. If a customer or vendor is not feeling well, we ask that they not visit our branch lobbies and instead continue to utilize our drive-thru or on-line banking services.
